1. 24-Hour DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

Because disposable vapes are sealed electronics, we offer a strict 24-hour DOA guarantee. If your device does not fire, is leaking, or has a completely dead battery right out of the box, contact our WhatsApp support within 24 hours of delivery. A short video proof of the defect is required.

2. E-Liquids and Pods

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of e-liquids, nic salts, and pre-filled pods are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once the factory seal has been broken, even if you do not prefer the flavor.

3. Refund Process

If a DOA claim is verified, we will either dispatch a free replacement immediately or issue store credit. In the rare case of a monetary refund (e.g., prepaid order cancellation before dispatch), the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
